Want to Volunteer?
The FVRC has hundreds of volunteering opportunities in and around the City of Frankston (and wider), we place 100's of volunteers each month and have 1000's of opportunities on our database at anytime. It is our aim to put you in touch with the ones you feel are the best match for your interests and goals.
If you are looking to volunteer for an organisation or community group, Frankston Volunteer Resource Centre is the place to express your interest. You can visit and speak with our Referral Officers (also volunteers) located within the Frankston Library. You can just pop in or call and make an appointment that is convenient to you. We are open weekdays from 9am - 4pm.
You can also REGISTER WITH US TODAY by completing a Volunteer Application form and soon you will be on your way to finding an interesting volunteer opportunity.
Our volunteer Referral Officers are familiar with volunteering in the community and have a good understanding of the opportunities currently available.

Using the Search Box
Step 1: To start your search, enter information in either/or all of the following fields; Postcode or Type
Step 2: You can also choose to enter optional keywords and your age to help refine the search. Note: the age field is required by some organisations who have restrictions in this area for insurance purposes.
Step 3: Once you have clicked on SEARCH, you will be shown all opportunities that matches your criteria. Click on MORE DETAILS for any opportunities you wish further information on
Step 4: If you find a position you wish to apply for, click on the Express Interest button to send the organisation your details.
If your search doesn't find what you're interested in dont be disappointed, we encourage you to call or visit us in the Frankston Library. By making a personal appointment our knowledgeable Referral Officers will be happy to assist and guide you.
