The Frankston Volunteer Resource Centre Incorporated is a non-profit association whose purpose is to work to increase volunteering opportunities for organisations and individuals to:

• Enhance their social and environmental contribution to the community;

• Assist building the capacity, capability, resilience and sustainability of the community;
   
• Enable emergency and systemic relief and recovery from isolation, sickness, distress, disability, misfortune, poverty and deprivation
