With an executive career spanning forty years Lew has held senior management roles in several disciplines for both national and multi-national organisations.
Lew has been fortunate to have been involved with leading teams, learning and development, change management, coaching and mentoring, sales and marketing, general management, and company restructure.
Lew has also owned and managed a successful business engaged in the distribution of chemical and consumer products.
He has a passion for personal and professional development, is a committed learner, a curious observer and a critical thinker. His passion is to empower people to realise their personal and professional potential through proven methods that can create profound change.

Craig Stephens BA, BCom, CA - Treasurer
Craig Stephens has worked with the National Australia Bank (NAB) for the past 10 years in a number of business analyst, consulting, project and executive management roles. Currently Craig is the Executive Manager to the Business Operations Group who support the NAB's 5,300 business bankers around Australia. Craig brings to the FVRC Board strong experience in finance, risk and performance management. He is a Chartered Accountant, Six Sigma Black Belt, Chartered Accountant and experienced facilitator and trainer. His involvement in volunteering, diversity and leadership programs at NAB has fostered his belief in the power of people to make a difference and the importance of recognising and celebrating success.

Vicki Martin - Board Member
Vicki Martin has a background in marketing and business administration. She became Manager of Community Support Frankston in 1990 and provides leadership to four paid and 80 volunteer staff. She has a strong focus on community building especially partnerships between the organisation, other community services, business and government. In 2001 she received the Rotary Paul Harris Fellowship Award for her community work and in 2003 was awarded the Centenary medal for her work with disadvantaged people.Vicki has been involved since 1999 in establishing the Frankston Volunteer Resource Centre. She was a member of the Frankston & Mornington Peninsula Volunteer Resource Group until 2006 when Frankston City Council and Community Support Frankston joined forces to successfully attain two years funding from the State Government for the development of a volunteer resource model. December 2009 incorporation of the Association occurred and Vicki was elected Treasurer of the Frankston Volunteer Resource Centre.
Dr. Gillian Kay - Board Member
Dr Gillian Kay has been the Frankston City Council General Manager for Communities since July 2007 and has responsibility for the Compliance and Safety, Libraries and Learning, Family & Youth Services Aged Services and Community Development and policy. Gillian also chairs the Frankston Partnership, Primary Care Partnership, the Frankston Community Fund and the Frankston Volunteer Resource Centre.
Previously Gillian was the General Manager Organisational Development and Governance with Kingston City Council, where she led governance and councillor support, community planning, corporate and business planning and reporting, human resource management and development and customer services.
Prior to this Gillian served in executive roles in the Tasmanian and Northern Territory Public Services in asset management, human resource management and corporate development. She has also been responsible for successfully implementing major change initiatives to improve work practices, working environments and organisational culture. Her early career encompassed public service in the health, justice, transport and infrastructure portfolios of Government.
Gillian has qualification in Masters of Business Administration and holds a Doctorate.
Bob Seiffert OAM, DipMAN, BE, DipCE, FAICD, FIE Aust, JP - Board Member
Bob Seiffert is currently the Independent Chairman of Beveridge Williams Co Pty Ltd, a civil engineering/surveying company with a turnover in excess of $20m.
For 6-years until he retired in January, 2010 Bob was CEO of the Civil Contractors Federation, an industry group representing the construction companies responsible for building Victoria’s infrastructure. Prior to this appointment, he was CEO of the Country Fire Authority for some two years.
For 6-years, Bob headed-up one of Australia’s most progressive local Governments - Manningham City Council and prior to that, was CEO of the City of Knox and Sherbrooke Shire.
Bob possesses an Honours Degree and a Diploma in Civil Engineering as well as formal qualifications in Management, Municipal Engineering, Water Supply Engineering and Building Surveying. He is also a qualified mediator and serves on a number of boards, including Victoria’s Building Regulations Advisory Committee.
In 1992, the Municipal Engineering Foundation awarded Bob the prestigious Cedric Tuxen Medal for excellence in Local Government Engineering and outstanding contribution to Local Government.
In 2000, Bob received an Order of Australia Medal for services to Local Government, the community and sport. In 2003, he was awarded the Centenary of Federation Medal.
In 2009, Bob was awarded the prestigious Keith H Wood Medal in recognition of his outstanding contribution to Local Government Engineering and the Institute of Public Works Engineering Australia. He also possesses the Australian Defence Medal.
Manoli Vrondou BBus (Acc) ACA - Board Member - Portfolio - Policy Development
Manoli Vrondou is currently working for the CFA – Country Fire Authority, an emergency services organisation with approximately 59,000 volunteers who occupy a diverse range of operational and non-operational roles. In his current role as a Finance Officer he deals with volunteers on a daily basis and enjoys assisting them with their accountancy and financial management needs including administration issues.
He has diverse accounting experience from working at various companies focusing on manufacturing and management accounting.
Manoli has completed his Bachelor of Business (Accounting) degree and is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
He joined the Board in June 2011 to assist with the financial requirements and related issues of the Frankston Volunteer Resource Centre.
